In essence, the waste heat power generation system is similar to the thermal power generation system
In the past, a large amount of flue gas discharged from the high-altitude building materials industry has no value. The waste heat power generation system uses the waste heat boiler to recover the heat energy in this part of high-temperature flue gas, and heats the water into superheated steam. The superheated steam pushes the steam turbine generator set to run, thus generating electric energy to be transported to the high-voltage power supply network of the factory, which greatly reduces the use of the purchased power in the factory and produces huge economic benefits.
Since 2001, our institute has carried out a lot of theoretical research on the utilization technology of low-temperature waste gas waste heat resources. It is believed that the low-temperature waste heat recovery technology and domestic low-temperature waste heat recovery equipment can fully utilize the low-temperature waste heat resources of cement, glass and other building materials industries and be applied to power generation. Since then, with the practical application and construction of the project, the technology has been gradually improved and applied. The technology was successfully applied to cement production line in 2006 and glass production line in 2007.
The low-temperature waste heat power generation project of Jiangsu China Resources Group Co., Ltd. designed by our institute is the first glass factory in China to apply the low-temperature waste heat power generation technology to the actual glass plant in China. The project also won the second prize of science and technology progress award of building materials science and Technology Award in 2009. In the same year, it obtained the "science and technology novelty search report" issued by the Ministry of technology of the people's Republic of China.
In 2009, the waste heat power generation project of Chengdu Nanbo Glass Co., Ltd., which was contracted by our institute, was completed and put into operation. It was also the first glass waste heat power generation project contracted by the Design Institute in China. After successfully put into operation, the Ministry of industry and information technology held a special on-site promotion meeting to promote the whole industry.
At present, there are more than 30 sets of units in the glass waste heat power generation project designed and contracted by our institute. Among them, several leading enterprises in China's glass industry, such as CSG, Xinyi, Qibin, and Taiwan glass, have established long-term good cooperation with our institute; more than 60 sets of cement waste heat power generation units not only create huge economic benefits for the majority of owners, but also make great contributions to China's environmental protection and energy-saving industry Offer.
