With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and the increasing social responsibility of enterprises, our institute, as one of the earliest design and research institutes in the domestic building materials industry, has actively participated in the comprehensive treatment and utilization of flue gas in the building materials industry. After years of exploration, summary and innovation, our hospital has mainly formed five types of flue gas treatment technologies:
1, limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization technology;
2. CFB CFB semi dry desulfurization technology.
3, SCR denitration technology;
4, SNCR flue gas denitrification technology;
5, oxidation and absorption desulfurization and denitrification technology.
Our institute has successively consulted, designed, technical services, complete sets of equipment and general contracting work for flue gas treatment projects of many glass kilns and cement kilns. While controlling the flue gas, our hospital also tailored the best plan to reduce the cost and efficiency of the owner by combining the characteristics of its own waste heat utilization technology.
According to the project of comprehensive treatment and utilization of flue gas in Wujiang NBO Glass Co., Ltd., which is generally contracted by our general hospital, the technological transformation of waste heat utilization and waste gas treatment is carried out for a line of 600t/d and 900t/d existing in NBO. The project is the SCR denitration system for the first glass production line in China.
The 620t/d glass kiln flue gas desulphurization and denitration dedusting project of Qingdao Saint Gobain Glass Co., Ltd., which is generally contracted by our general contracting company, adopts the combined process of semi dry desulfurization and electrostatic precipitation +SCR denitration. It realizes the first desulfurization and dedusting of waste gas, then denitration, and the comprehensive utilization mode of flue gas waste heat after denitration, and breaks the traditional mode of first denitration and desulfurization and dust removal.
The desulphurization and dust removal project of 450t/d and 550t/d glass kiln in Zhuzhou Qi Bin group, which is mainly contracted by our general contractor, adopts the combined process of "lime gypsum desulphurization + Venturi dust removal" to treat flue gas desulphurization and dust removal. The project is the first domestic glass industry supporting desulphurization and dust removal system, and has won the three prize of the science and technology progress award of the small and medium-sized kiln desulphurization and dust removal technology of China Building Materials Group.
