In the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, corporate social responsibility is also increasingly concerned about the moment, our institute as one of the earliest design and research institutes in the domestic building materials industry, actively engaged in the building materials industry flue gas comprehensive treatment and utilization. After years of exploration, summary and innovation, our hospital has mainly formed the following five types of flue gas treatment technologies:
1. Limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology;
2. CFB circulating fluidized bed semi dry desulfurization technology;
3. SCR denitration technology;
4. SNCR flue gas denitrification technology;
5. Oxidation absorption desulfurization and denitrification technology.
We have undertaken a lot of engineering, design and consulting services of the kiln. In the treatment of flue gas, our hospital also combined with its own characteristics of mature waste heat utilization technology to tailor the optimal scheme for the owners, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
The flue gas comprehensive treatment and utilization project of Wujiang Nanbo Glass Co., Ltd., which is contracted by our institute, is aimed at the existing 600t / D and 900t / D production lines of CSG to carry out the technical transformation of waste heat utilization and waste gas treatment. The project is the first domestic glass production line supporting SCR denitration system.
The 620t / D glass kiln flue gas desulfurization and denitration dust removal project of Qingdao Saint Gobain Glass Co., Ltd. is a semi dry desulfurization + electrostatic precipitation + SCR denitration combined process, which realizes the comprehensive utilization mode of waste gas desulfurization and dust removal, denitration and flue gas waste heat comprehensive utilization, breaking the domestic traditional mode of denitration first, desulfurization and dust removal.
The 450t / D and 550t / D glass kiln desulfurization and dust removal project of Zhuzhou Qibin group, which is contracted by our institute, adopts the combined process of "lime gypsum desulfurization + venturi dust removal" to treat the flue gas of desulfurization and dust removal. As one of the first batch of desulfurization and dust removal systems for glass industry in China, the project won the third prize of science and technology progress award of desulfurization and dust removal technology for small kilns of China Building Materials Group.
